RTHK, one of the most rigourous news media outlet in Hong Kong, suffers another wave of suppression.
Professional journalists were prosecuted and forced to leave. Past programmes such as Hong Kong Connection were wiped from existence because of their sensitive content.
This is the displacement of narrative over truth, of propaganda over reasonable discussion, of their story over objective history.
Despite the red tides washing over it all, the truth leaves a mark. The people could still preserve the pieces, preserve our memories, and persevere in our pursuit of truth and justice.
